Tee Lin Yik

Mr. Tee Lin Yik holds an honors law degree from the University of London, and a First Class Masters Degree from National University of Malaysia (UKM). He has been conferred as a qualified Intellectual Property Agent by the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO) and was a former member of this regulatory body. He has been involved in multilateral trade agreements on behalf of Malaysia regarding various IP matters and trade agreements during his tenure with MyIPO. He is currently the CEO and founder of TEE IP which has offered quality IP related services for over half a decade with an ever growing client base both domestically and internationally.

Alan Teng

ALAN TENG is one of the co-founder of Corporate House Group and he is an Equity Partner of Corporate House & Partners LLP. He is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and he brings with him invaluable corporate secretariat's experience in both the private and public companies in Singapore. Alan is also responsible to oversee the Group's corporate finance and strategic planning activities.

Kuok Pui Leng

Ms Pui Leng is a first class graduate from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). Her experience consists of consulting workforce with Accenture, ten years of experience in wholesale, retail and F&B. She is an advocate for entrepreneurship and currently advises Tee IP in strategic management process.

Wun Tien Haw

Mr. Wun Tien Haw holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Northumbria, United Kingdom. As the legal adviser, his role is to assist clients in resolving their intellectual property issues by providing crucial and timely advice. He has also delivered seminars on intellectual property matters in local universities such as USIM & UM.

Sueann Tan

As the Business Development Manager and Legal Adviser, she is responsible for managing and coordinating with fellow team members within the business department in order to fulfill client’s valued requests. In addition to that, she has a proven track record in providing fast and reliable service to her clients without any compromise to quality.

Celeste Low

Ms. Celeste Low holds an L.L.B (Hons.) Degree from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She was awarded a Book Prize for European Union Law from the University when she graduated.

Derrick Hum

Graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He started his career with Citibank Malaysia Berhad and promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) within the shortest vintage in the Country Sales & Distribution Department. He managed the portfolio of consumers lending business.

Kente, Kek Khien Lup

As an enthusiast in the business advisory industry, Kente embrace in value adding to the success and sustainability of clients’ business. With more than 15 years of working experience, he has served clients in the private sector from various industries, such as retail, agriculture, manufacturing, education, information technologies and more.

Muhamad Irfan Abdulah Sani

Irfan Sani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with (Upper Second Class Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He was awarded from World Assembly of Muslim Youth as a Champion in Short Film Competition. As a videographer, his role is to formulate innovative ideas to align with the current trending marketing videos.

Joeann Sim

Ms Joeann Sim graduated from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman, holding a bachelor degree of Communication (Hons) in Advertising. She was an account executive mainly in reporting on ads performance to clients for 2 and a half years before joining Tee Intellectual Property.

Lim Hui Lee

Hui Lee holds an honors Bachelor of Applied Science degree from University of Sciences, Malaysia (USM). She has been conferred as a qualified Patent Agent by the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO). She practices all aspects of intellectual property law across diverse technologies for nearly eight years.

M. Kasturi Murugam

Ms. M. Kasturi Murugam holds an honours bachelor Science degree from the AIMST University, Kedah and a Master degree in Intellectual Property from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). As the Patent Manager she is in charge of managing and coordinating with her team members in patent related matters.

Teh Run Xi

Mr Teh is a patent executive who graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman. As a Patent Executive he will provide advice to clients on patent matters, conducting patentability novelty search, drafting specifications and patent prosecution. His background in Mechanical Engineering provides him insight allowing him to provide critical analysis on client specifications.

Kwek Yen San

Ms Yen San is a patent executive whom graduated with a degree in Industrial Biology from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). As a Patent Executive she will providing advice to clients on patentability of new invention, conducting patentability novelty search, drafting specifications and patent prosecution. Her background in Industrial Biology provides her insight allowing her to provide critical analysis on client specifications.

Puteri Farina Megat

Ms Puteri is a patent administrator whom graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in University of Manchester, United Kingdom. As a Patent Administrator, she will manage patent filing and patent renewal for Malaysia and foreign countries, prepare correspondences and relevant forms for client, report submission and remind clients of any deadlines, close monitoring of patent application status and file histories, and manage other intellectual property matter including copyright, industrial design and trademark when required.

Tan Boon Gaik

Mr. Ismeth Jefrey holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. As a Legal Executive, he is tasked to advise clients on trademark objections, preparing written submissions and handle administrative matters relating to trademark operations (trademark classification / trademark search in Malaysia).

Phylicia Yeoh

Ms. Phylicia Yeoh possess a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science from the University Sains Malaysia. As a Legal Executive, she is tasked to handle administrative matters relating to trademark operations (trademark classification / trademark search in Malaysia) as well as Malaysia and Singapore specification checking for overseas associates.

Maslina binti Ishak

Ms Maslina is a senior operation executive in the field of Intellectual Property for the last 12 years. Her active duties have included all administrative matters related to trademark operations (search, filing, office actions, renewal, assignment, enforcement and commercialization) as well as customer service. She has proven to be an asset in said administrative tasks and continues assisting the team in a flexible capacity.

Nurul Rabiatul Jannah binti Abdul Aziz

As the Head of Human Resource, she is responsible for monitoring the daily attendance of staff members, maintaining the records of employees and also administering payroll. She is also the Account Manager, whereby her task involves monitoring the company’s cash reserves and processing any inflow or outflow funds of the company.

Norashimah binti Mohammad Noor

As an Operation Executive, she is directly in charge of monitoring and updating the IPDMS system. She also holds the responsibility of handling the arrangement of logistics for most document matters within the company.

Norhidayatul Hanani binti Mohd Rasid

As an Operation Executive, she is tasked with handling most domestic trademark related matters. In addition to that, she assists in providing the latest updates and timely reminders to clients on a routinely basis.

Leonard Lee Ching Fui

Mr. Leonard Lee holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Northumbria, United Kingdom. As the Legal Executive, he is tasked to liaise directly with local and overseas associates or clients in handling their domestic office actions pertaining to trademark. His role includes advising clients on trademark objections, preparing written submissions as well as attending hearings.

Ng Sin Yee

Ms. Ng Sin Yee graduated from the Northumbria University, holding a honour degree of LLB (Hons). She was a legal executive practicing mainly in conveyancing matters and civil litigation for 2 years before joining Tee Intellectual Property.

Shi Qi Jian

Mr.Shi Qi Jian holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of London, United Kingdom. As a Legal Executive, he is tasked to liaise directly with local and overseas associates or clients in handling their domestic office actions pertaining to trademark. His active duty includes advising clients on trademark objections, preparing written submissions, attending hearings as well as administrative matters relating to trademark operations (such as search, filing, and renewal).

Robert Chua Yan Ming

Mr. Robert Chua holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from University of East Anglia, United Kingdom and later completed his Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London, United Kingdom. He is also an ADR-ODR International accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator. During his time in practice, he experienced real estate and corporate/commercial transactions before joining Tee Intellectual Property.

Lau Jian Quan

Mr. Lau Jian Quan holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and LLM Master Degree from University of Malaya, Malaysia. He was a legal assistant practicing mainly in conveyancing and corporate matters for 2 years before joining Tee Intellectual Property.

Cheong Tick Soon

Mr. Cheong Tick Soon holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of London, United Kingdom. As an Intern, he is tasked to assist clients in administrative matters relating to trademark operations such as conducting trademark search, giving advises to the registrability of client trademark and assist with any document related work in relation to trademark matter. Furthermore, he is responsible for researching about compliances of law and regulation and to update the document required for the administration of the company.
