It is nice to kick back and have some fun times with the people you spend nine hours every weekday. A healthy staff equates to a healthy company, and that leads to a happy life.
We have held company trips to Krabi, Bangkok, Morib and many more. Our most recent company Fun Day and Team Building have been held at Escape Room in Times Square, Skytrex in Shah Alam, and Eagle Run in Port Dickson.
We occasionally hold bowling tournaments, and our favourite – dinner for festivals such as Chinese New Year, complete with exciting lion dance.
For our Muslim family, we separate microwaves, cutleries, cups, plates, sponge and all the necessary items needed to make it a halal kitchen. I encourage freedom of expression in my office, hence the existence of surau for my Muslim staffs to pray, and perhaps sneakers and comfortable sweaters on a Friday.
All permanent staffs own a medical card with the trusted and prestigious insurance company, Great Eastern
