Course Overview

The course provides participants with theoretical and practical guidance on the main legal, economic and technical aspects in IP related industry and sectors. It aims to enhance participants’ professional skill and understanding on the IP law and applications via the analysis study on relevant case law in different geographical areas.

In addition, the course offers an added value in the exchange of knowledge between participants of different career backgrounds and business sectors. Besides, this course would train and prepare the
candidates to sit for MyIPO Patent Agent Examination.

This course will equip the participants with knowledge and skills on different types of IP, particularly patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights.
